Les Mills BodyCombat 42 Filming

BC42 is heavily influenced by Muay Thai, as well as other martial art styles. I especially enjoyed T6, T7 and T8. Watch out for the direction changes in T6...! For me the highlight of the release is seeing my friend Angel Santiago being on stage. I've been looking forward to seeing him in NZ for a long time. Pernilla from Sweden is also very sweet, wish we had more time to catch up...

Pizza and beer.

Angel, Captain C R Hernan and me.

Hi! I've been doing Body combat for Pernilla for over a year now (I'm from sweden to). I knew she was a great fighter, but i had no idea she was that good, getting to go on stage and all :) That is really cool! Actually I think she did the 42-class yesterday at my gym :) anyway I think that was the best program i've ever done, so far ;) Loved the tracks, loved the moves, everything about it was just great:)
