Lisa never fails to deliver an awesome BA release! I was impressed with her music selection as well as the challenging and interesting choreography for BA67. Best T3 ever.. in my opinion :)

Thanks for the photos mate. Love the yellow colour. And you're so right. Lisa's so so awesomazing. I reckon she's the fittest there in Les Mills. Great that you get to do her classes regularly. Wish I could be there one day to experience the magic. Take care!

Alan, well said! I agree with what you said.. Lisa teaches several classes a day and she never stops in any track... she's the lady! hope to see you one day :)
