Les Mills BodyCombat 40 ~10 years~
BodyCombat 40 is a benchmark release celebrating 10 years of this awesome program... there are more in store in the next 10 years, let's stay with the fight!
Lots of internationals in the house, front section was packed and we couldn't really do the kicks :)
(Disclaimer: my camera man was told by one of the filming crew not to take photos, so he could only do it during the water breaks... don't blame me if you are not satisfied with the pictures, we tried our best.)

PJ, hello again. 10 years already... Man, time flies! As usual, great pix! Hernan is back in the house! What an awesome instructor! Seems to be an unforgettable release.

Yeah they were certainly more strict with the photo taking today than they were on Thursday (I was totally snap happy on Thursday :-D)
It was pretty packed in the back as well, I think a couple of my back kicks landed in someone's face, and I got a couple of kicks in my face too! (no biggie, I can handle it - POWER OF THE VA-JAY-JAY!)
