Les Mills BodyPump 69
Body Pump 69 isn't pornography but it is hotter than it sounds :) Lots of great tracks that you can sing along with, great choreography and the biceps track is short, intense and energetic, just like master Glen himself. Loved the shoulder track especially!

I thought I saw you there at the Body Pump and Body Attack filmings! I watched Body Attack (saving my energy for the 2 hour long Body Jam filming), it looked fantastic - June was super cute doing the low options.
BP69 is AWESOME! I'm with you, that shoulder track is definitely a highlight :-D
