BC35 filming is done, but I can't wait to do the mix again! It is another great workout delivered by Dan and Rach who never fail to choreograph amazing releases.

Some key points about BC35:

- time flies in the longest track in BC history, you'll be wanting more when the track finishes!

- performance opportunities for you to interact with your members. Practice phrases such as "that's right" and "speed of sound" :)

- intensity never drops even in tracks with lower level of complexity

- great opportunities for everyone to understand the motion of the basic moves and review the techniques

- excellent & uplifting songs... they will make your sorrow go away and take you to heaven!

Joining the stage with the masters is the lovely Claudia from Holland!

Hey PJ thank you for the pics and information about this new release!! In Spain we're still by BC 33 so we won't try this until march 2008 (wow).
BTW I agree with hannah, the dvd's are not the same without you on the front hahahahaha....

Hey PJ thanks for the picture's of Claudia on the bodycombat 35, she was my trainer 2 years ago.

I'm from belgium en next week we are going to get the bodycombat 34 and i'm excited !!! like 4000 others instructors i think.

Anyway u can find my profile on , i'm saving to come over for the filming in 2009 ... it's a long and exspensive trip to new zealand from belgium but i'm saving and saving ;)

hi PJ glad to find you and your blog as I often see you in every bodycombat dvd hehehe (and Rach will normally go like 'PJ are you ready to warm up?') I am an combat instructor myself in Jakarta and just cant wait to see the new combat 35. Please inform me when is the next filming schedule in NZ.
